What is Christian Science?
Christian Science is a Bible-based religion founded by Mary Baker Eddy
A deep love for God, the Bible, and the teachings of Christ Jesus permeated the life of Mary Baker Eddy.
Her study of the Scriptures led to her discovery of Christian Science, or the divine laws of healing as practiced by Jesus and his disciples. Eddy shared this discovery in her book, Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, first published in 1875.
She founded the Church of Christ, Scientist, in 1879.
How can it help me?
Students of Christian Science have found that a deeper understanding of God, discovered through study of the Bible and Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures has brought physical healing and restoration.
Contemporary accounts of Christian Science healing can be found in the Christian Science Sentinel and The Christian Science Journal, weekly and monthly publications.
